Important Notice: BP Record Keeper (hereinafter referred to as "this App") is developed by an individual developer. This App respects and protects the personal privacy rights of all users. Please read carefully and understand this "Privacy Policy" before using this App.
1. Information We Collect
This App only collects the following information that you voluntarily provide:
1.1 Blood Pressure Health Data
- Systolic and diastolic blood pressure values
- Heart rate data
- Measurement time
- Notes you add (such as measurement status, symptoms, etc.)
1.2 Device Information
- Device model, operating system version (iOS / iPadOS version)
- App version number
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- ❌ Your name, ID number, phone number, or other personal identifying information
- ❌ Your contacts, SMS messages, call logs
- ❌ Your location information
- ❌ Your device unique identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
2. How We Store Information
2.1 Local Storage
All blood pressure data is stored in the local database on your iPhone/iPad and will not be uploaded to any server or cloud.
- Storage location: Local storage on your device
- Storage method: iOS native framework
- App removal: All data will be cleared when the app is deleted. Data can be restored from an iCloud backup
- Data export: You can export PDF reports and save them to the Files app at any time
2.2 Storage Duration
Data will be permanently stored on your device until you:
- Manually delete a blood pressure record
- Uninstall this App (all data will be cleared)
- Clear app data (via iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage)
3. iCloud Backup
If you have enabled iCloud Backup, this App's data will be included in the automatic iOS system backup. This is a built-in iOS backup feature, not an active upload by this App. Backed-up data is protected by Apple's Privacy Policy and is inaccessible to the developer.
4. How We Use Information
The information we collect is used only for the following purposes:
- To provide you with blood pressure data recording and management functions
- To generate blood pressure trend charts to help you understand your health status
- To export data reports for your personal use or sharing with doctors
- To send medication reminder notifications (requires your authorization)
- To improve app functionality and user experience
5. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your personal information with any third parties.
Important Note: Since all data is stored locally on your device, the developer cannot access any of your data. Therefore, even in the face of legal and regulatory requirements or government department requests, the developer cannot provide any user data because:
- Data is not uploaded or stored on any server or cloud
- The developer has no way to access data on user devices
- Each user's data is stored completely independently on their personal device
The only data sharing situation is:
- You voluntarily choose to share (such as sending a PDF report to your doctor or family)
6. App Permissions
This App may require the following permissions (only requested when needed):
- Notifications: For medication reminders and measurement reminders. You can disable this anytime in iOS Settings.
- Face ID / Touch ID: For app lock to protect your privacy data (optional).
7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
This App offers the following premium features:
- Premium subscription (Monthly / Yearly / Lifetime)
- All transactions are processed through Apple's StoreKit 2 framework. Payment information is managed by Apple
- This App does not collect any payment information such as credit card numbers or passwords
- Subscription management: You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

- ❌ Any third-party data collection or tracking frameworks
9. Your Rights
According to relevant laws and regulations, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access: You can view all your stored blood pressure data anytime in the app
- Right to Delete: You can delete any one or more blood pressure records
- Right to Export: You can export blood pressure reports in PDF format
- Right to Withdraw Consent: You can uninstall the app at any time to withdraw all consent
10. Data Security
We take the following measures to protect your data security:
- Data is stored only locally, not uploaded to the cloud
- No internet connection is required to use all core features
- Supports Face ID / Touch ID app lock protection
- We recommend setting a device passcode and enabling iCloud secure backup
11. Privacy Policy Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published on this page or within the app. Major changes will be notified to you through in-app notifications or alerts.
