无法使用相机 / Camera Not Working

请前往 iOS “设置” > “隐私与安全性” > “相机”，确认 AgeGuess Cam（拍照猜年龄）已开启相机权限。若首次使用未弹出权限提示，可卸载重装后再试。

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Camera and make sure AgeGuess Cam has camera permission. If the permission prompt did not appear on first use, try reinstalling the app.

无法从相册选择照片 / Photo Library Not Working

请前往 iOS “设置” > “隐私与安全性” > “照片”，选择 AgeGuess Cam（拍照猜年龄）并允许访问。

Open iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, select AgeGuess Cam, and allow photo access.

提示“未检测到人脸” / No Face Detected

请确保照片正面清晰、光线充足、人脸区域完整，避免过度侧脸、遮挡或模糊。

Use a clear, well-lit photo with a complete frontal face. Avoid extreme angles, heavy occlusion, or blur.

年龄结果为什么可能不准确 / Why Age Results Can Be Inaccurate

年龄结果由本地模型估算，可能存在明显误差，仅供娱乐和参考，不用于医疗、法律判断、年龄验证或其他关键决策。

Age results are estimates from an on-device model and may contain significant errors. They are provided for entertainment and reference only and are not intended for medical, legal, age verification, or other consequential decisions.

照片会上传到服务器吗 / Are Photos Uploaded?

不会。AgeGuess Cam（拍照猜年龄）使用系统相机、相册选择、人脸检测和本地模型进行估算，照片和年龄结果仅停留在设备本地。

No. AgeGuess Cam uses the system camera, photo picker, face detection, and on-device models. Photos and age results stay on your device.

结果页无法显示 / Result Screen Does Not Appear

请确认照片格式正常、设备存储空间充足，并尝试重新拍摄或重新选择照片。若仍无法使用，请重启 App 后重试。

Check that the photo is valid and the device has enough storage. Try taking or choosing a new photo, then restart the app if the issue continues.

隐私与数据 / Privacy and Data

AgeGuess Cam（拍照猜年龄）不收集、不存储、不上传照片或年龄结果。完整政策请查看隐私政策页面。

如问题仍未解决，请通过 App Store 中 AgeGuess Cam 页面提供的开发者联系方式提交反馈。提交时请简要说明设备型号、iOS 版本、操作步骤和问题现象，无需提供照片。

If the issue is not resolved, please contact us through the developer contact information on the AgeGuess Cam App Store listing. Include your device model, iOS version, steps taken, and the issue you saw. You do not need to provide photos.
